I've just had my files restored on the fris server after a support ticket was sent (however nothing is said on the escalated ticket). Now whenever I go to the site I get an Internal Server Error.
I've checked the error log in cPanel and it says
UID of script "the script" is smaller than...
I just recently started using your service and noticed today (after being down for about a week) all of my data has been erased on the new fris server. Is this just gone? I was never given a warning of this happening at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
