Our site had been around since before the limitation on storage space, and so meets the time requirement. We also have a homepage and services for users, so we meet both requirements for account upgrading to un-metered storage. Can we be upgraded now?

When I tried reaching my home page there is a 503 which seems unresolved, and when I modified the URL to point to internal files, which I have many times before, I was redirected to the 404 error page. I checked my notifications and there were no errors sent.
