But i'm Unable to login in cPanel/ Direct Admin

It shows this error
Some time to reaches Below page and fails to...
Before few days i could login and and my cpanel was working.
But from Yesterday when i try to login it login but when i click on open cpanel it fails.
My server shows is : x12.x10hosting.com
My site is up and working fine.
My username is nbmstore.
