    php my admin wont load

    on the cpanel, once i hit php my admin, it directs me to a page that does not get loaded! it just says loading... for ever.

    cpanel username

    im trying to link my forum account to the "cpanel username" what is this username exactly? the name i signed up with or what? both my account and the name i registered the free hosting to is under "vdsleo" but when i type that in there it says it does not exist. Pleas help!
