Hi, Ever since my last support request(https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/unable-to-find-soa-record.192293/) my website has been completely inaccessible. Chrome can't connect and Filezilla can't find the website. Any help would be appreciated.

Whenever I try to create a DNS Zone I get the error "Unable to find SOA record". When I try and create one in the Advanced editor I get "Unable to Fetch Zone file". Any help would be appreciated.
