I think I solved this little problem by myself. I had to change my theme from cPanel x3 to x10 Basic and then follow your steps in order to know what my forum username is, this is weird because this account have another contact email different from my hosting account. Well I hope this is enough...

All my pages, including wordpress admin, i have tested in another pc and it still slow, but if my page are loading fast to you i'll verify another reason for my slow load. Thanks for you fast reply.
