I have waited a day and haven't even received a response to this issue and it still persists. I hope that it can be fixed ASAP before I have to decide whether to stay with x10 or look elsewhere for web hosting. I'd really prefer to stay since it's pretty much the best out there (free at least).

For a day or two now I've had issues with my website not loading occasionally and becoming unavailable for about two minutes. Now when I try to connect to it on ftp it states my username and/or password is incorrect when I haven't even changed it either server or client side. The other issue...
