Thanks for the quick response! The database I wanted to remove didn't show up in cPanel, but it is now. :)

I was importing SQL into phpmyadmin, and it seems that the database was created via phpmyadmin and does not exist in cPanel. I can't assign a user to a non-existent database. How should I go about deleting that database on phpmyadmin?
