I fixed it myself---(re-did a new site) disregard whole post itself.

My site http://fanciestudio.x10.mx/wp shows up as 'error establishing database connection' and I cannot even log into my wordpress.org site and I asked wordpress admins for solution they directed me to the hosting server. I went to my database and could not back it up (this is my first time...
