    php version says Intermediate but still Basic?

    Hi I think our account was moved from Vox and we require Intermendiate version of php for phpbb3 to work properly please. On the account control panel it says we have "Intermediate" level php but I think this must have been reset when we were moved off Vox. Please can you fix it? Thanks...

    The Intermediate PHP appears to still be missing although it says its there on the login control panel. phpbb3 reports errors posting etc mostly use of eval() Please can you change it for us? The control panel still reports us as residing on Vox but you said we had been moved? URL...

    cant login to cpanel or account home page

    I cant login to our control panel at http://ukcarers.pcriot.com:2082/ or through the x10hosting/account page it says there is a problem with the backend account Any information? thanks Edit: A traceroute to pcriot.com reveals no domain or IP address, I think there may be a problem.
