I think I may be on that if that is the free hosting server. As I have said this happens on a regular basis, just give it a couple of hours then try again. The longest it's been in my experience is twenty four hours.

I have got the same problem. This has happened before when they are upgrading or maintaining the server. They could however be trying to irritate us into signing up for a premium account.
