When I tried to create counter and preview them, I receive message: Counter datafile "/var/cpanel/Counter/stevec.dat" must be created in cPanel first. What is wrong ?

I owned a domain: palcje.com , and I pointed the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com,then I set this domain in my account management panel. Stil I can't access my web page and cpanel. Account: egonmax Pleace advise. Egon
