i do that everyday as i mentioned already, and this is the result, most of the time its around 440mb.

See if you would look at my recent activity, i am not storing any backups as they are deleted almost everyday after downloading them, i cant do much if softocoulous is taking up a majority of my space because of backups...

Its not password protected, that is just the admin back login. I offer computer services to my local community and my site allows customers to book an appointment in advance, etc. The largest part of the space being taken up is appearing to be my backup, but when i view it, is only about 30mbs...

Requesting an upgrade; I had just deleted some files to free some space and I found the disk space upgrade thread that was stickied. How do we go about this? Thanks in advance.
