Hello, I've been hosting my phpBB forum for about a month on X10hosting, and this morning when I went to check the forum, I got a 403 Forbidden page. Which says: I then tried logging onto my X10hosting account and I get to the sign in successful page and then I get this: I will be grateful...

My previous host is no longer able to host my forum anymore due to a change in circumstances, he was going to transfer the forum onto my account on here, but needs to know what name servers are for my account. Thanks in advance for the help.
