I logged in and went to control panel, as usual. How do I get to "x10hosting dashboard"?

FYI - I got the suspension warning email so logged in today, but when I check the log in history, it's wrong. I have an email alert set to remind me and I definitely logged in in November and December but it shows October as the last log in.

Asked this 2 months ago but got no response and it's still an issue: @Anna @garrettroyce The hosting control panel link (pointed at https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN) now times out with an error that the site took too long to respond.

@garrettroyce Thanks but when I try to change forum password, I get "your existing pw is incorrect". Pretty sure it's not - I've tried every pw I may have used. So what now?

Tried the reset link yet again, and this time pasted the link from the email into an incognito window and it worked. Didn't use a special character in pw this time. So not sure if it was because special characters aren't allowed in pw's or there was a conflict in the browser session.

@spacresx They did away with the paid "Prime" level and converted it to a free account. So don't think I can submit a ticket.
