I've been rolling along fine with x10hosting until today. Suddenly I'm getting the message below. I don't have an Ad-Enhanced hosting account. Why this sudden switch? Also, no cPanel username I try works. My account is "toymaker", the original email from x10hosting said it was "kgudger"...

I'm trying to establish an x10 hosting account. I cannot get beyond step 3 because I get this error: "forum account password incorrect". I have successfully enrolled in the forum twice under 2 different names, and can log out and in on both OK. Any suggestions on how to get past this point...
