I gave up. I want to remove my domain, and tried everything but it does not allow. It says something like the system cannot determine the base domain... Can someone out there help???

On 3/29/14 I created an account and added 2 addon domains. One of them is working perfectly with no problems. I'm never able to make the other one working. I get cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi problem. It suggests to wait 2 days on the other posts of the forum but it has been 5 days now. Can someone...
