Thanks Bdistler, what I have done is uninstall Avast, and as I use Zone Alarm fire wall I installed their Virus checker. Now no problems with Control Panel. Quilly

Avast says when I try to log in to the Control Panel This site as been blocked because of URL:MAL it could harm my computer but when I scan the is no problems but the Control Panel is still block by Avast Quilly
