As of 1:40 AM UTC, I'm seeing that we're back to square one: can't load DirectAdmin or my site on x13.x10hosting.com. I'll check back later so I'm not so noisy. :)

And... just confirmed that I'm able to load up my site hosted on x13.x10hosting.com. :)

As of 1:20 AM UTC (probably just prior, not too long after I posted), I'm now able to get to DirectAdmin on x13.x10hosting.com, though my site is hanging while loading. status.x10hosting.com appears to still be down.

Just a head's up: at roughly 00:30 AM UTC, 2021/09/24, my site (hosted on x13.x10hosting.com) went offline. I've also just noticed that status.x10hosting.com is also offline. -Alex

tl;dr: So, how can I update my DirectAdmin password without knowing the current one? :) It looks like my site at alexgapps.x10.mx has been migrated to DirectAdmin on x13.x10hosting.com, but when accessing phpMyAdmin, I'm prompted for credentials. To update credentials, create new login keys...
