Um. First, I don't know whether I'm on the x11 or the x12 server. Second, the only forum login information I have, and that I used just now to get in here, is the same user ID (my email address) and PW as I normally use to sign in via the x10 SSO page. Third, I just tried both of the links...

I'm getting the message "An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry." I was able to sign in successfully yesterday.
