Thanks for the fast reply. I am trying to use a theme in Word Press and when I try to install it and it's demo info (products, etc) I get this error

I am using wordpress and get this error: WARNING: PHP value "max_execution_time" in your php.ini file is too low. Please contact your hosting service to increase this value to 30 at least. Actual value is: -1 I cant change this in Cpanel. Is it possible to have someone from the hosting change...
