I fixed it. It was something in my .httaccess file that i had to delete.

I tried that but it still didnt work. Am i supposed to have a script in there or something. I am trying to move my forums over from another host and i just cant get it to work. I have moved it before with little to no problems but i dont know what i am doing wrong.

Anyone know how to fix this error? The requested URL /cgi-bin/dispatch.fcgi/portal.php was not found on this server. Thanks.
