I've been waiting ages for a reply and I've heard nothing as of yet, something needs doing asap, or I'll just have to find a different web host

Accounts suspended for longer than 21 days are automatically removed from our servers. Account data from removed accounts is irrecoverable. It has been longer than 21 days, however when I go to sign up it says I have an account? When I sign in with that, it says Invalid user session:/

I was suspended due to inactivity, I have tried signing back up and I get this every time at the lest step "Invalid session user." I'm entering everything right, I accept the terms and conditions, then that comes up. Thanks in advance.
