Site builder still giving a blank page.

Is it cause by the dns update is not performed yet (required about 24h)? Still have this issue i cant create a webpage, the domain is not redirected (main domain). my account was deleted because of inactivity, i used the same email and domain to register again.

my main domain link bring me to a page where it is saying that this domain doest not exist but it is actually my main domain. The sitebuilder link give me a empty page. http://hexadecimal.pcriot.com/ Switching to cpanel x3 doesnt fix the issue.
