Aughhh! I found it, however, I've seen posts like this without this particular cause. It was wordpress's fault. Settings > General > WordPress and Site Address was the issue. Creating a 301 Permanently Removed…which can cause some browsers to be real asshats (like Chrome). Hope this helps...
