I still haven't noticed any change in my sites. Do I need to do anything to get my stylesheets working again?

Sites that I have created using Site Builder have recently stopped showing CSS normally and have started displaying only in HTML. I'm sure this isn't an issue with my end; I've tried on multiple computers and had no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?
