My site does not exist. I cannot access the site. I logged into cPanel and there is no index.html for me to start with and modify. Can anyone assist me? I just created a hosting account, got the site made, and I cannot access it. Thanks in advance.

it keeps asking me for my forum account to be linked to hosting account- but both usernames are Alanmp08 and it says doesn't exist- it asks for CPanel Username- Where do I get It? Edited: How do I get Cpanel? Is it free???
