new issues following on from this - now can't update any plugin and the the back-up tool (All-in-one-Migration) won't back-up/work - getting a 'unable to write package' error message. When I try and update any plugins I get a 'failed to write to temporary file' message

Ok so quick update - I have got my site back through a combination of restoring backups and a rebuild of the databases :-) to be honest I'v tried various things over the last 24 hours so I'm not sure quite which fix sorted things
