    Help on Website not loading CSS and JS??

    Well... I don't know the cause but it seems like CSS and JS are not being loaded properly.... Clearing cache and hard reset fixes it for a couple of minutes then it will revert back to this messed up state. Iv'e attached a screenshot of what is happening. Hope someone can help me with this

    Hi, I am trying to turn on MySQL's event scheduler but it says that I need at least one super privilege for the action. Can anyone help me with this?
