I know that much, but how do I delete them? I can't find a place on the C-Panel fro deleting the software files from a domain.

I have a domain from godaddy and wanted to make a subdomain with a forum on it. I did so, but want to put a different forum software on it. How do I uninstall the software from a domain?? Sorry for being stupid, but I looked all the way through the C-Panel and can't find a software-uninstall button.
