I have created an account, I cannot seem to get access to cpanel or ftp. I just get took to long to respond. or could not connect to server when I try FTP.

I get the following when I try to access cpanel. I also cannot access FTP. This site can’t be reached xo2.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.
