Got it.. The script was parsing a image link gonna need to find a new way around that I went thru and manuals the image then linked it back differently and the scripts work now.. Guess I'll need to tweak my cms

all permissions are set to 777 and its a simple insert to mysql script cant see why this is blocked i have mulitple other ones that seem fine in other areas
