I got it thanks, it appears with vista you have to right click command promt and run as admin, thanks all

Where do you enter that command? i typed it into command prompt, but id did not accept it so where else?

Thats what it should be, but i still go to that page saying this domain is still available!

That link does get me into my cpannel but when i try to get on my site, it just says this domain is still available :(
