@Anna I think somethings wrong with my account, I've somehow exceeded my quota 564.83 MB/512 M and i'm still adding and saving stuff to the site but the only thing I cant do is upload images to the wordpress media folder or update any plugins.

Yes I've done that and if you follow it through you get back to this page which says its either a windows server issue(I think x10 is Linux based) or a false positive with mod security (x10 currently force on all users)...

Full view?, do you man the whole URL address?, If so then yes that's how i#m accessing it in the browser.

A few people are having trouble with mod_security, It seems only x10 themselves an add exceptions.

I have a similar issue, It sound like something to do with 'mod_security'.
