After being out for about 20 minutes it's now working again.

I got this error message when visiting my site: "Resource Limit Is Reached The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later." I can log into the control panel but if I try to access webmail, same blank page so I guess I will try...
