    The Help Center says I should go to my Control Panel, switch to the Basic theme, click on Settings, and then select Delete Account. My problem is that my Control Panel seems to be stuck on the Paper Lantern theme and just refuses to switch to Basic. Nowhere that I can see on the Paper Lantern...
