are small wii homebrew files allowed? i understand only 1 program (ios36 i think) is illegal to distribute so that wouldnt be there but the rest is ok, also are guides to setting up homebrew and guides like that, non of which void the warrenty by opening the console. i just thought i would ask...

i had my php upgrade yesterday but i still get a Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() on my scripts is there something im missing? or is it to do with the recent updates i read about?
