    Cannot Login internet connection blocked?

    Why im always seing this for over a month now? I even tried in other internet provider, internet cafe or what so ever still the same I cant update my site.. from this message I dont use any of them like vpn or what so ever.

    help why im getting this?? I cant fix it out http://kizunads.x10host.com/home/kizunads/public_html/install/index it includes server path name in url I keep re installing, deleting, modifying still thesame I dont know what to do anymore
