    Still not able to log into my account... I think the migration must have screwed up for me, and I am still on the old xo5 server. I can only use FTP if I connect to xo5, and I keep getting login authentication errors if I try to use FTP on the x13 server. Can someone please redo my account...

    Sorry to say, but I still can't log in. In fact, the page doesn't even load at all, rather giving me this error: "The connection has timed out The server at x13.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond." This also goes for accessing DirectAdmin's server address directly.

    Good evening! For the past few days, whenever I log into x10hosting, my server is shown as x13.x10hosting.com, but any attempt to log into that server is rendered null! This goes for the x10 login page, the DirectAdmin and Roundcube direct links, and even FTP...though the latter still works if...

    Hmm, I see. I do have the correct SMTP set up on my mobile phone, but sending emails isn't working. I hope this migration finishes up soon!

    Unfortunately, I'm on a server that still hasn't migrated. While the FTP method works for retrieving emails, I can't figure out how to send new ones. Is sending emails even possible through this method? If not, is there some other way to do so during migration? (Sorry to bump this thread!)
