For ftp by filezilla I put x12.x10hosting.com:2222 into Host: and put profes32 (my username) into Username: and put my password into Password: . Since my password works when I sign in to https://x10hosting.com/sso/login I assume it is the correct one.

I cannot log into x12.x10hosting.com:2222 . I am trying the same email and password I use for https://x10hosting.com/sso/login which does work. Also tried username instead of email address. Bob Decker
