Thankyou! So this makes me want to ask another question: Can I not edit my web files using Apache Netbeans? Are there any alternatives to it that may be used?

Please help, I can't access the hosting control panel to my accont! It's been 2 days and the problem doesn't seem to reslove. When I click on th "hosting control panel" link, I get the following page after nearly a minute:

Please help! - Can't Access Hosting Control Panel! After clicking on the "Hosting Control Panel" link from my dashboard or from "services", Chrome opens the page titled "This site can’t be reached" after several seconds of delay.
