After logging on to my dashboard I cannot access the control panel.
I get this message:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to x11.x10hosting.com:2222. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

What username do you use for subdomain ftp.
If I have current username for domain as peter@xyz.com is it then peter@subdomain.xyz.com? Or something else? I use Dreamweaver and I have found the "@xyz.com" is necessary but not so on Filezilla.
