hello, when does the account get deleted after suspension due to inactivity and will i get an email notification?

hello, i added a new domain on my new x10hosting account and it created a new InfinityFree account with a user name that i didn't choose. is this normal? it seems kind of suspicious. i don't want to start doing anything with the new domain yet because i don't know if it's a hacker.
