May I ask. Whats the deadline to get ads on the forum?

So I "Do" need to put ads on my forum or get banned? PS: I cant access my site anyways so whats the point? lol Or upload SMF for that matter......

Would hosting a SMF get my account suspended? The last host banned me for hosting one >.< PS: It says "Ad-Enhanced" on my Account Control but under it, it says "None Required" So do I need to put ads on my forum? If so how? (Step by step for SMF please! Im a noob!!!)
