CP menu: Account Manager > SSL Certificates make sure the domain is selected, at the top.

If you still do not have access create your own request so you can be reviewed.

theindigobell.com.au loads with NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. Have you tried to disable SSL, and Force SSL with https redirect?
