Thanks, the problem was that for some reason they had been saved as 404.shtml. All fixed.

Has your actual hosting account been created yet? If you only just signed up then just to let you know that the sign ups is queued at the moment but should come online again once the new site is finished.

All of you who are having cpanel issues it might have something to do with the upates that have been done to cpanel over the last couple of days and the implimenting of the new x10 site. Should be fixed over the next couple of days.

Go to your x10 Account Management Panel and under modify your account details type "redragonsgallery" into the domain modify box and choose ".x10hosting.com" from the drop down menu. Then click "confirm domain". But as starshine said if the domain is already taken then you cant use it. Sorry...

Im am also on Lotus and that has been the same since the upgrades started more than a month ago because something in the code for the the account manager was wrong. It should come back to normal in the next day or to as the new updates come online. By the way Lotus is online.

The username you entered when you signed up with x10. You can also find it in the confirmation email that was sent when x10 created your hosting account.

There is some sort of problem with Lotus. I am also on Lotus and it wont load my site either but the server alert shows that it is not down so it could very well be DNS issues. I will contact support tomorrow.
