    Another one that most of you never heard of is PhotoFiltre. Although it's not as good as GIMP or Paint.NET, it's still in my book for free & useful softwares, why you may ask? Because of its lightweight and built-in plug-ins.

    Honestly, there are tons of tutorials out there, you just need a search engine with a at least a free graphic editor software and mix them together to get a nice creation.
