I created an account with the user name "rhoadsni" I got the "account created" email with the link to the cpanel, etc. however when I try to log in to the cpanel it tells me that the user name "rhoadsni" does not exist. if I try to recreate the account using the same "non-existant" user name...

where can I get help with a new account, I have the "account created" email, but when I try to login it says username not valid?
