There are no files uploaded to your website, which is why you were receiving the 403 error. I've added a simple index.html page to demonstrate this; if you go to your website now it'll load the index page without any issues.

I don't see any block on your IP address. Are you still unable to access the control panel?

You'll need to delete the domain pointer on your control panel in order to add the domain to your control panel.

It looks like your IP address was blocked again. I've gone ahead and removed the block and you should be able to access your site & the control panel again

I believe I was able to generate & apply an SSL certificate for your site without any issues. I'm now able to load the domain with https:// without any warnings on my end.
