I recreated the certificate again this morning. I selected wildcard after the domain name. It now works. I hope this helps someone else too.

Thank you, I have enabled SSL and selected 'Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider', then 'Save'. On my website I now get the attached error. Any help is much appreciated

Hello, Please could to enable SSL for my site it is on x15. In Account Management/Domain Set up I cannot see an option to do this. Also any instructions on what I need to do would be a big help. Thanks
